       We are Happy to announce that the coordinated efforts of Windsurfing-Maine with Friends of the Eastern Prom and the City of Portland will come to fruition in 2012.
      On September 9th, 2011 we installed a storage rack, to accomodate 8 boards and rigs on the westerly side of East End Beach .  Windsurfing -Maine will stock these racks for WindMe Club member usage with a variety boards and rigs.

Eastern Prom access begins at Cutter Street. Cutter St. traverses down through the Eastern Prom Park, Windsurfing Racks are located at the bottom of the hill near the boat landing , by the railway tracks and walking path

Driving Directions:
From  I-295 Portland, Maine 04101		 Horace at EEB Lesson #2
    Take Washington Ave exit off I-295  
    Take the 1st left onto Eastern Promenade  
    Turn right to stay on Eastern Promenade  
    Sharp left at Light onto Cutter Street
