"I tried to windsurf for several years and had no success, then I took a lesson in Hawaii and WOW !! What a difference...  I was windsurfing on my own, that day  ..... and I never wanted to see anyone go through that kind of difficulty, so after a few seasons and lessons, I went to USSailing and became an instructor"  and that's how we got started........... and since 1999 we have brought certified instruction to Hundreds of people from age 5 to 79 using the latest "user friendly" equipment and teaching techniques in Private Instruction, Groups, and Clinics alike.

         Most students are windsurfing independently in less than 2 hours.  The techniques we use are ergonomic and help you to avoid over-exertion. All ages can learn using equipment from our fleet that is appropriate for each individuals size, strength, and the weather conditions that day. Athletic ability is barely a concern, Today’s Wider Boards much more stable than those just a few years ago. Sails, Masts, and Booms are much lighter requiring less strength and coordination. Soft Decks and Equipment Padding help avoid bumps and bruises. On-shore simulation helps guarantee students have grasp on skills before going out on the water
