Aluminum Booms

The best has gotten better. The stiffest aluminum boom we've ever made. Available in super strong 6070 marine alloy, standard (1 1/4") or reduced diameter (1 1/8") grip. All Triple clamp Alloy booms feature a 24”/61cm continuous blue anodized aluminum tail-piece, fully-articulating "Triple Clamp" boom head

, proven external locking collar system, incremental adjustment size markings, and harness line index graphics.

    * All sizes available in 1 1/8" or 1 1/4" (29mm or 32mm) grip except Formula model.

Kids Boom

The influx of kids to windsurfing inspired us to produce a boom with their requirements. Chinook’s special Kid’s Boom has a 1” ultra small diameter grip, a range from 120cm to 150cm, and weighs less than 3.5 lbs. Fits standard diameter masts or smaller with a shim.
